About Me

I joyfully misspent my youth street-performing at Covent Garden, and through 15 years on the comedy circuit, to my multi-million download podcast, and now a thriving new additional direction as a speaker, I love uncovering patterns and systems in all the things I do.

My passion is articulating the things I've learnt in such a way that people genuinely benefit, whether they're attendees at presentations, stand-up audiences, podcast listeners and even some of the guests themselves.

 

I can't see performing stand-up to sell-out crowds ever losing its shine!  But I have to admit I get a similar buzz from being a catalyst for people to discover real change within themselves, and that stays with me for a little longer...
